Observation

A plastic bag was observed in a kitchen drawer that was accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Adult size scissors with sharp edges were observed in kitchen drawers that were accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). A baluster between the living room and the kitchen area was observed to be missing/broken at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 141.1 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
